The Solvia real estate company has closed the sale of six residential buildings in the provinces of Barcelona and Girona that include a total of 191 homes and 372 garages and storage rooms, with a total area of ​​21,012 square metres.

According to a statement from the company this Monday, a transaction has been made for two buildings in Terrassa (Barcelona), with 3,008 square meters and 6,105 square meters each, and one in Santa Margarida de Montbui (Barcelona), with 4,046 square meters .

The sale in the province of Girona includes two residential blocks in Olot, with 1,069 square meters and 5,500 square meters, respectively, and one located in Figueres, with 1,284 square meters.

In total, the real estate services firm has managed the sale of 110 homes and 210 garages and storage rooms in the province of Barcelona, ​​and 81 homes and 162 garages and storage rooms in Girona.

Solvia has assured that this management represents "one more step" in the leadership of the real estate company as a marketing firm for large-volume residential assets.
