EVESHAM TWP. -- Police said a Marlton woman kicked and spit on officers while being arrested following a two-car crash Monday.

Sara Walker, 24, is now facing charges including aggravated assault on a police officer, throwing bodily fluids on police, resisting arrest, driving under the influence of drugs, and drug possession, according to a statement from Lt. Joseph Friel.

Friel said Wednesday that Walker was involved in a car accident on Greentree Road by Stow Road around 2:45 p.m. Monday.

Officers suspected that she was high on narcotics and attempted to arrest her, Friel wrote, at which point she kicked an officer and spit on another.

Police found heroin and crack cocaine in her vehicle, according to the statement.

Walker was released on her own recognizance following her arrest.
