NYC nightspot Goldbar celebrates 10th anniversary

Everything that glitters is going positive for Goldbar as the celebrated New York City nightspot marked its 10th anniversary last week, Julie Earle-Levine reports.

The Nolita club, with 12-foot vaulted ceilings adorned with gold leaf and crystal chandeliers, held a black-tie soiree, with Dom Perignon free-flowing to celebrity guests including Kelly Bensimon, Nas and “Dancing With the Stars”’ Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

The 2,500-square-foot venue on Broome Street near Mulberry was founded by Jayma Cardoso and Robert McKinley, who also have the fave East End spot, the Surf Lodge in Montauk.
