Xebia has significantly strengthened its capabilities and customer base in recent years. To further expand its global market, the company has added another industry veteran to its management team. Guido will be based in Connecticut, USA.

Xebia has established long-term relationships with the largest cloud providers, and Guido will be responsible for taking these partnerships to the next level. He will cover the entire cloud spectrum, from multi-cloud architecture and consulting services to cloud cost management, training and managed services. With his support, Xebia aims to help all organizations become cloud-native and enhance and expand their authority in cloud services worldwide.
Guido has worked in many countries over the last 24 years. Before joining the Xebia team, he worked at AWS, where he held the position of General Manager for the Nordic and Baltic countries, among others. During his nearly four years in this regional role, he successfully launched AWS EMEA Infrastructure Region 5 in Stockholm and significantly grew AWS's business, more than tripling in size.
In addition, Guido has more than 20 years of experience at IBM, where he held the position of General Manager for the global vertical of the Energy and Utilities sector and General Manager for the Nordic region. In his last nine years at IBM, he was also part of the company's management team. Guido's experience in sustainability has made him one of the earliest thought leaders in the field, and he has served on the boards of publicly traded for-profit and non-profit organizations. In addition, he was appointed to the US Department of Energy (DOE) Electrical Advisory Committee (EAC) for two consecutive two-year terms, at the direct invitation of the US Secretary of Energy.
