Madrid, February 15, 2024.

Guille Bouzas, the young entrepreneur who is mastering Content Marketing: “all companies need an extraordinary presence where their clients spend hours and hours every day and that is what we dedicate ourselves to.”

At only 22 years old, Guille Bouzas is the founder of one of the most important marketing agencies in Spain. Who is this young man and why is his figure beginning to be so respected in the digital context? If you review Bouzas' exciting life story, it is clear that one day he would become a relevant businessman.

Of Galician origin and influenced by an entrepreneurial family, he discovered his passion at the age of 8. He “he spent summer mornings in a play center. The monitor suggested we make a short film, we recorded it and then he showed us how he was editing it. In that moment, a universe opened before me.” “The next day, I already had the video editor downloaded on my computer, what I didn't know was that this was the beginning of my professional success,” the entrepreneur says with a laugh.

At the age of 14, he was already sharing his audiovisual creations and his personal development process through a YouTube channel. “In high school I was the teenager who didn't give a damn and, even on top of that, I told my life through a screen, with hardly any visitors. They laughed, it was easy to do.”

Despite other people's opinions, Guille continued to develop his skills, so that, when he turned 16, he began creating content for several companies in his city, combining it with his studies. “He was a kid and he was just starting out, but he already generated more money than my teachers, who said he was worthless.” He went to class in the morning, studied in the afternoon and worked at night. “He only rested to sleep and little,” says the young man, stating that this forced his character and discipline to continue rising. Guille remembers that his career exploded in 2020. “Covid was a before and after. He already had experience in HR. H.H. and he knew it was time.”

“I had an exam left to finish high school, it was online because we were confined, and I paid a friend to do it for me. I didn't want to do anything other than take advantage of the opportunity in front of me,” confesses the entrepreneur. Today, 4 years later, the success of his project is palpable: his agency, with a team of 8 people, has helped 50 companies grow in HR. H.H. through strategic content.

Among all the social accounts they manage, they reach more than 20 million people a month, which positions Guille Bouzas at the top of social media marketing.

Create, plan and execute a content and growth strategy on social networks linked to the objectives of each brand. “The market trend is going towards humanizing companies and creating relationships. Intrusive ads are no longer enough for your business to sustain itself in the long term, which is why a service like ours is so important,” says Bouzas.

Generating organic and faithful communities is the main objective of the Galician work team. The most successful brands are those that connect with their potential customers and transmit a symbol of belonging. Organic marketing works better than ever. “All companies need an extraordinary presence where their customers spend hours and hours every day and that is what we dedicate ourselves to.”

“In 2022, we double the numbers of 2021. And, in 2023, we have tripled those of 2022,” shares Guille, justifying the increase in demand for 'Social Media Management'. Regarding her expectations for 2024, she comments: “I don't care so much about business growth, but rather about maintaining and improving the quality of service. Even so, by inertia, I hope to continue taking off and exceed half a million this year.” “Going out in a medium like yours is a good sign,” Bouzas concludes happily.
