The collaboration aims to build on the recent trade agreement on financial services between Switzerland and the United Kingdom

London, January 24, 2024 - NFG Sarl ("NFG"), a global diversified private investment holding company, today announced that its subsidiary NFG Partners SA ("NFG Partners") has entered into an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Zodiac Partners Ltd. ("Zodiac"). ("Zodiac"), a UK-based securities broker and wealth manager. This strategic investment marks an important milestone for both companies and lays the foundation for a synergistic partnership that will enrich their product offering and improve the overall customer experience. The collaboration aims to build on the recent trade agreement on financial services between Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Leveraging the combination of their services, experience and market knowledge, the two companies aim to create a strategic alliance that will redefine the wealth management landscape for their respective clients.
