The Portland Winter Light Festival, presented by the Willamette Light Brigade, and powered by PGE renewable energy, wrapped it's four-day event along the East Bank Esplanade and Zidell Yards tonight.

One of the featured events was the Art Lantern Parade, which snaked its way along Southeast Water Avenue and the East Bank Esplanade.

The Flash Bang Band and Misty Krew of Nimbus joined people with battery powered lights along the 1 1/2 mile route.
