Pink Martini's colorful van has been stolen and is on the loose in Portland, the local music icons announced on Tuesday.

"Portland friends, our beloved van was stolen from Pink Martini headquarters Sunday afternoon in broad daylight!," the band wrote on Facebook, a reference to their downtown label offices and loft space.

The white van, illustrated with stars and cartoon faces, resurfaced on Monday "in the N. Dekum and Congress area near Peninsula Park and Rosemont Court retirement home so we're very hopeful we will find it," they continued.

"Portland People, please help us catch this thief and be our eyes on the street! Call us immediately if you spot our Pink Martini Band Van. Thank you! 971-678-2588," the post continued, adding that they'll offer a $500 reward to anyone who helps track it down.

The van's license plate is ZHK-858.

The long-running group released a new album, "Je dis oui!" in November, a 15-track set that featured China Forbesd and Storm Large (of course) as well as guest turns from Ari Shapiro, Rufus Wainwright, Ikram Goldman and Kathleen Saadat.

Pink Martini is set to head out on a world tour on Feb. 25, so let's hope they find their wheels soon. They'll kick things off with two shows in Omaha, Nebraska and head back to Oregon in June, with two shows at Bend's Les Schwab Amphitheater and a July 1 date at the Edgefield.
