The draft social agreement has been signed this Tuesday between the federal government and the social partners in the health care sector. It will have a budget of 600 million euros, of which 500 million will go to wage increases and $ 100 million to the improvement of working conditions in the health care sector, announced on Tuesday that the ministers of Health, Employment and the Budget.

Concretely, the salary scales (set out in the IFIC of 2017) will be applied to 100 % over the period 2021-2022. It is also agreed to harmonize salaries in the public and private sectors and to make the necessary improvements to the model wage after evaluation of the first phase.
