An English model has become a runway runaway — ditching the agency that plucked her from obscurity and made her the face of “Guess,” to work for rival employers, a new lawsuit charges.

“The model is Megan May Williams, whom Women Management guided and managed from obscurity and inconsistent work into an ‘A-List’ talent who books lucrative, regular work with Victoria’s Secret, Guess and Ralph Lauren,” the Manhattan suit says.
