The Beachwood Chamber of Commerce and the Effective Leadership
Cindy Caldwell, Beachwood ChamberAcademy are excited to introduce their new program Leadership Beachwood.
Leadership Beachwood is a six-month program (that will build leaders and stronger communities.
Up to 20 mangers, business owners and top leaders will be selected to participate in this unique leadership development program.
Each participant will be given the time and opportunity to partake on a journey of self-discovery, enhancing interpersonal and intrapersonal skills and provide valuable networking experiences.
The segments will include:
EVOLVE: Leadership, life balance, personal brand
LEAD: Communication skills, time management, presentation skills
ACHIEVE: Team dynamics, project management, professional networking
The program will run from September 2017 - March 2018
