Cops find more bags of heroin stamped with Trump’s face

A young man busted in Brooklyn after fleeing officers shocked cops when they discovered he was carrying several bags of heroin stamped with Donald Trump’s face, authorities say.

Carlos Rivera, 24, was arrested on Monday for reckless endangerment but was hit with with extra charges after bags of heroin emblazoned with the President Trump’s face, along with other narcotics, were found in his possession.

Rivera had been stopped by officers on Borinquen Place in Brooklyn last Thursday but sped off before police could question him, damaging a civilian vehicle and unmarked police car in the process.

Days later, on February 6th, officers driving down Havemeyer Street in Williamsburg recognized Rivera inside of a barber shop and stopped to apprehend him.

The cops entered the barber shop and arrested Rivera for the February 2nd incident, and were surprised to discover the large amounts of drugs in his possession.

This bust comes just days after police seized thousands of bags of heroin emblazoned with Donald Trump’s face from a drug trafficker in Florida.

Cops say that at the time of his arrest, Rivera had as many as five open complaints against him. Rivera has since been slapped with several charges including felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and intent to sell, as well as criminal mischief and reckless endangerment.

The Brooklyn native has a lengthy rap sheet that includes another criminal possession charge, driving with a suspended license, smoking marijuana in public, and as many as seven other undisclosed priors.

Rivera is being held with his bail set at $10,000 bond or $5,000 cash.
