Michelle Simmons, a freshman at Catonsville High School, has been found safe after going missing last month, Baltimore County police said Monday.

Police did not provide more details on how the 15-year-old girl was found. She went missing in late January. Police publicized the case, arranging for media interviews last week with the girl's mother, believing that she may be in danger.
