General Disturbance, Fernwood Drive: Feb. 14, around 8:30 p.m., a resident of an apartment complex complained about a woman banging on a door one story up, demanding to be let in. Police confronted the woman, who was highly intoxicated. She was escorted back to her residence by her boyfriend.

Drug Paraphernalia, Sprague Road: An officer approached a vehicle with expired license plates Feb. 19, and found drug paraphernalia. The vehicle's owner was given a date in Berea Municipal Court for possession of the paraphernalia and of marijuana, and for having expired plates. Police ordered tests for further narcotics, which could result in charges if they came back positive.

Disorderly Conduct, Columbia Road: Shortly after 3 a.m. Feb. 19, a man was arrested for disorderly conduct after making a gas station employee uncomfortable by speaking in a manner suggesting psychosis and attempting to enter a customer's car. About ten hours later, police escorted the same man to his residence to retrieve some belongings.
