CLEVELAND, Ohio --  It's been nearly a year since the sudden death of musical genius Prince Rogers Nelson, and many fans are still stunned.

The new HLN series, "How It Really Happened," hosted by actor/author Hill Harper, will examine the last days of the ultra-talented musician. "Prince: The End" will air Friday, February 10 at 8 p.m. ET.

In a recent interview with the New York Post, Harper expresses his personal connection to the Prince episode.

"Prince was a friend of mine and some of my favorite memories of him are at his house for dinner parties and celebrations," says Harper. "I remember one night in particular when he and Stevie Wonder jammed in his living room until 8 a.m. in front of about 12 of us. Probably the best night of my life. He was an artist, a genius and a friend."

"How It Really Happened" is a 12-episode series closely examining the shocking deaths of such high profile figures as Michael Jackson and Anna Nicole Smith.
