Shareholders' meeting approves 2023 financial statements
RIMINI, Italy, April 30, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Held today, the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Italian Exhibition Group S.p.A., Italian market leader in the organization of international exhibition events and listed on Euronext Milan, regulated market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A, approved the financial statements as of December 31, 2023 and appointed the new Board of Directors, which met after the Shareholders' Meeting: Maurizio Renzo Ermeti and Corrado Arturo Peraboni were reconfirmed as President and CEO respectively. with Gian Luca Brasini as Executive Director.
The Shareholders' Meeting approved the Annual Accounts as of December 31, 2023 with a profit of 14,160,861 euros.
Fiscal year 2023 recorded revenues of 212.4 million euros (32.4% year-on-year), an adjusted EBITDA of 49.5 million euros with an adjusted EBITDA margin of 23.3%.
