Star launches legal challenge to end secrecy in Ontario tribunals, Feb. 7

This is an article I have been waiting for. Tenants and co-op residents have no access to see how the process works before they arrive for their own hearing; they cannot research past arguments and decisions that may have bearing on their case. In the case of co-op residents, due to the recent Bill 14 (co-op eviction), they have no access to take the co-op to the tribunal. That bill passed with all parties. It is wrong to have a tribunal only accessible by one party to a contract.

Thank you for this article. I hope it starts change.
