On Monday Seattle took a break and played in the snow. But no matter how you spent your snow day, you probably didn’t have as much fun as the animals at Woodland Park Zoo.

Lions, tigers, bears and zebras all got to experience the heaviest Seattle snowfall in five years. Some were more acclimated to the weather than others – Keema, a grizzly bear tries her paw hand at making a snow angel, while Hudson, an arctic fox at Woodland Park knew exactly what to do (snowballs).

As the whole place transformed into a winter wonderland, zoo staff made sure that the animals were well taken care of. Check out the slideshow above to see some of Seattle's furriest residents enjoying the weather.
