The incident occurred at about 5 p.m. Sunday at a home on Grant Gill Lane in Wichita Falls, with police responding to a burglary in progress, said police spokesman Sgt. Harold McClure.

The homeowners entered their residence and heard someone taking a shower. Officers responded and found Vaughan allegedly in one of the bedrooms inside the home, wearing only the jazzy pajama bottoms. His clothes were found on the floor and he was found in possession of a pocket knife, McClure said.

The victims did not know the suspect and did not give him permission to be in their home.
