The Las Vegas police have published a preliminary final report in event of a deadly shot at a country festival visitor. So offence 64-year-old Stephen Paddock acted alone. He had been shown to have shot crowd from a suite on 32 floor of Mandalay Hotel and n killed himself. At same time, FBI is investigating police claims against a second person. She did not know details. The New York Times has published report online.
The report quantifies number of injuries higher than previous figures. As Sheriff Joe Lombardo, responsible for Clark County, 851 people were injured as a result of act, 422 by gunfire. So far, "more than 500" had been talked about.
Paddock had on October 1, 2017 at about 10pm local time, while around 20,000 people in Las Vegas visited a music festival that opened fire on crowd. Shortly before, he had shot security guard Jesus Camos through door of his suite. From windows of his suite, Paddock 58 shot festival visitors. In suite, police later found perpetrator's corpse and 23 weapons, including weapons of war.
