ENGLEWOOD -- Police are looking for three men who held a couple at gunpoint in their home during a Valentine's Day robbery. 

The incident occurred on Tuesday at around 9:30 p.m. when a man unloading his vehicle outside of his home at the Cross Creek Condominium complex was approached by the group, Englewood Police Chief Lawernce Suffern said in a press release. 

The three gloved, masked and armed men, believed to be in their late teens or early 20s, forced the 30-year-old man into his home. His wife was inside, Suffern said.

The couple was held at gunpoint for about an hour while the trio ransacked the home and demanded cash and valuables, Suffern said.

They fled with an unknown amount of valuables, but were recorded by a nearby surveillance camera leaving the scene.

Suffern said police do not believe the couple was targeted. Both police and private security patrols have increased at and around the Broad Avenue complex in response to the robbery, Suffern said.

Detectives are working with the Bergen County Sheriff's Office in the investigation.
