The real estate company Coral Homes has put up for sale in the Spanish market a portfolio of urban land and structures, valued at 215 million euros and made up of a total of 286 assets, with the aim of covering the "unsatisfied" demand for new housing in secondary areas, as reported this Wednesday by the company.

Specifically, Coral Homes' portfolio includes 247 land and 39 structures, and will be transacted asset by asset before December 31 of this year.

The assets are intended for residential development in more than 200 Spanish towns, representing a surface area of ​​1.7 million square meters and a total buildable area of ​​1.8 million square meters.

The company has explained that the potential promotion of 14,500 homes that make up these assets in total could begin in the first quarter of 2024, since the property's intention is to close sales before the end of the year.

The execution and operation of each of the transactions will be characterized by the direct and personal intervention and negotiation of the Coral Homes team with the advice of Servihabitat.

The synergy of Coral Homes with Servihabitat as 'asset manager', "allows us to provide a differentiating service with a fast and effective process for buyers, offering a response within 48 hours from a commercial team in each territory", highlighted the real estate agency. .

The head of Coral Homes, Alberto Prieto, has stressed that the market situation has led Coral Homes to launch this portfolio of assets, called the 'Vision' project.

Thus, he has assured that in the secondary areas, where the average size of the projects is not the presence of large developers, "there continues to be an unsatisfied final demand and promotion opportunities for local and regional developers."
