The first vice president of the Government and Minister of Finance, María Jesús Montero, stated this Thursday that she is confident in carrying out the General State Budgets (PGE) for 2024 and in reaching an agreement with Junts for this.

Montero, in statements to Antena 3 reported by Europa Press, highlighted that it is "very important that Spain has new public accounts" for this year.

"There is a willingness on the part of the majority of the groups to be able to discuss and begin to debate these public accounts and I trust to also have an agreement with Junts," highlighted the Minister of Finance.
