Sprinter Pure Power batteries are manufactured in Europe on state-of-the-art, fully automated production lines 100% dedicated to pure lead AGM, with quality controls at every stage of production.
Adopting the circular economy and solar energy as a path to sustainability, the Sprinter Pure Power factory in Portugal (Castanheira) uses solar energy, generated with the Exide photovoltaic park in the production and recycling facilities. This is the largest photovoltaic installation in a production plant in Portugal, which uses solar energy for self-consumption, which allows the Exide plant to reduce CO2 emissions by more than 20%.
