Strong gusty winds will make travel difficult for high profile vehicles in and near the Gorge from Wednesday through Friday. Forecasters expect winds gusting to near 50 mph in east Portland and through the Gorge. Those towing trailers, driving tall RVs and other high profile vehicles should use caution.

And speaking of large vehicles, heavy equipment is being moved into Washington Park today as part of the reservoir project. Three large drill rigs will move into the area from 9 İmajbet a.m.-4 p.m. Wednesday.

Drivers can expect up to 30 minute delays and slow moving traffic on West Burnside Street, Southwest Tichner Drive, and Southwest Kingston Avenue. Flaggers will direct traffic through various intersections. Avoid travel in the area if you can.

TIGARD 7 a.m.; Report of lines down on Southwest Hall Boulevard and Oak Street.
