The Ibex 35 advances 0.5% in the half session

The Ibex 35 advanced 0.59% in the mid-session this Friday, which brought it to stand at 8,274.0 points, on a day marked by the publication of price data in the United States and the Chinese CPI.

Investors are watching today for data to be released in the United States on producer prices and the consumer inflation expectations component of the University of Michigan confidence index. These figures are a preview of the US CPI, which will be released on December 13, as indicated by Renta 4 analysts.

For the moment, in China, it has been known today that the year-on-year inflation rate stood at 1.6% in November, which represents a drop of half a percentage point compared to the 2.1% registered in October and represents the lowest price rise since last March.

In Spain, the General Industrial Production Index rose 2.2% in October compared to the same month in 2021, a rate 1.4 points lower than that of the previous month.

In this way, in the middle session the increases were led by Amadeus (3.77%), Grifols (2.43%), Naturgy (2.29%), Aena (1.72%), Merlin (1.51% ), Ferrovial (1.37%) and ACS (1.15%). On the other hand, there were Indra (-1.76%), Repsol (-0.85%), CaixaBank (-0.75%), Banco Sabadell (-0.56%), Acerinox (-0.53 %) and Rovi (-0.50%).

The rest of the European stock markets traded in 'green', with a slight rise of 0.14% in London, 0.09% in Paris, 0.37% in Frankfurt and 0.04% in Milan.

Likewise, the price of a barrel of Brent quality oil, a reference for the Old Continent, stood at 76.67 dollars, with an increase of 0.68%, while Texas stood at 72.19 dollars, with a rise of 1.02%.

Lastly, the price of the euro against the dollar stood at 1.0562 'greenbacks', while the Spanish risk premium stood at 101 basis points, with the interest required on the ten-year bond at 2.865%.
