Consumer products giant Unilever confirmed on Monday that it has received a binding offer from Yellow Wood Partners to acquire Elida Beauty, which comprises more than 20 beauty and personal care brands including 'Q-Tips', 'Caress', ' Timotei' and 'Tigi'.
