Allianz Partners celebrates the second edition of the 'Global Recognition Program', an initiative that recognizes the materialization of corporate values ​​in company employees around the world. On this occasion, Allianz Partners Spain has been recognized thanks to the work carried out in 2021 by its Home Assistance Team and that of Gema Sanjuan, in the 'individual' category

The Allianz Partners Group has announced the winners of the second edition of the 'Global Recognition Program', an international contest that recognizes the work, effort and corporate commitment of its collaborators around the world. The dynamics of the initiative encourages employees of the entire Allianz Partners Group to nominate other colleagues or self-nominate themselves as a Team, so that the rest of the organization's employees vote for the project they value the most. This recognition responds to criteria such as Trust, Excellence with the Client and the Market, Entrepreneurial Spirit and Collaborative Leadership, corporate values ​​of Allianz Partners. In this second edition of the Allianz Partners 'Global Recognition Program', in which, As in the previous year, all employees and departments of the Allianz Partners group worldwide could participate, gathering up to 191 individual nominations and 115 Teams from 21 business units. During the voting process, more than 6,000 collaborators and 14 CEOs from all over the world participated. Allianz Partners Spain: Individual and Team Winner On this occasion, the Home Assistance department of Allianz Partners Spain has been recognized with the second prize in the category Teams, thanks to the project they presented on 'Construction of new models', thanks to their ability to adapt to change, professionalism and experience of each of its members. Also in the Individual category, Allianz Partners Spain has been recognized with the third prize thanks to the candidacy of Gema Sanjuan Villar, coordinator of the Home Assistance department of Allianz Partners Spain, and who has been valued in the 'Trust' axis for her work in managing teams and accompanying collaborators, as well as extensive experience after more than 25 years belonging to the company. "We are very proud that our Home Assistance team and one of our coordinators have been recognized in this second edition of the 'Global Recognition Program'. One of the most special characteristics of this initiative is that the collaborators themselves recognize the efforts of their colleagues, and that on this occasion this recognition has been achieved by one of the oldest departments and one that has shown greater resilience in recent years.
