This transaction combines capabilities and flexibility to serve both clinical and commercial stage pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, including companies managing Advanced Therapies. Creapharm's clinical packaging and distribution services, commercial packaging operations and bioservices will now be known as Creapharm, a Myonex company.
