Acquisition increases German presence of Vetroelite, TricorBraun's premium glass packaging business
ST. LOUIS, Jan. 9, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Global packaging leader TricorBraun announced today that it has acquired glass packaging supplier Glassland. The acquisition increases the German presence of TricorBraun's premium glass packaging business, Vetroelite, while expanding TricorBraun's European presence.
Glassland serves alcoholic beverage companies and other customers in Germany and Switzerland with an extensive catalog of high-end glass bottle and closure designs.

All Glassland team members will remain with TricorBraun and will continue to work from their location in Bonn, Germany. After a transition period, Glassland will be fully integrated with Vetroelite.
