This group of facilities includes the pioneers of pneumatic collection in Spain , who have already accumulated more than 30 years of uninterrupted activity or are approaching this age. These include the one built in 1991 in the Santa Ana Urbanization, in Cartagena, which was the first of all and currently continues to serve 3,000 homes, or the Olympic Village in Barcelona, ​​which has been operating uninterruptedly since 1992. Together To them, others that also exceed 25 years of uninterrupted operation are those of Eix Maciá, in Sabadell, and the first that began operating in Majadahonda, in Madrid. All of them were built between 1990 and 1998. There are also around twenty facilities in operation in Sweden, Denmark, the United States and Saudi Arabia, which were built in the 60s and 70s of the last century, which means that they have been operating without interruption for more. 50 years old.
