Granada, April 26, 2024.- AUSAPE, the association of SAP Users of Spain, has chosen Granada as the city that will host its annual Forum on May 28 and 29 on its 30th anniversary. Since it was held for the first time in 2004, the AUSAPE Forum has not stopped growing until it has become a reference in the annual calendar of technological events.

With more than 610 associated companies, 20 of which are part of the Ibex 35, AUSAPE is one of the key pieces of the SAP ecosystem in Spain. This status as a reference association makes its annual Forum the most relevant independent event for the Spanish SAP community, with more than 1,000 professionals expected to attend this year.

This edition of the AUSAPE Forum, which will have as its central motto "Soft Innovation: What Else...? Human intelligence and infinite innovation", is now open for ticket sales. To attend the Forum it is essential to purchase tickets through the AUSAPE website: ausape.org.

A complete and varied agenda

The agenda of activities for the meeting will begin on Tuesday the 28th with the inauguration by the president and member of Major Events of AUSAPE, Nacho Santillana, and a first keynote presentation on "Human intelligence and infinite innovation" by the specialist in robotics and automation Alejandro Alonso Puig. Alonso Puig has more than 30 years of experience in companies such as IBM, Honeywell or Quark Robotics, and was the first president of the Spanish Robotics and Home Automation Association (ARDE). Currently, he directs the aKacis Technology Consulting Service in the areas of product development, R&D, startup management and investors.

The second keynote presentation will feature two personalities from the business world: Carlos Grau and Izanami Martínez. Grau is an advisor in commercial strategy, innovation and digitalization. With a career as Public Sector Director of Microsoft Ibérica and General Director of Mobile World Capital Barcelona, ​​last year he launched Grau Innovating Consulting, a consulting and training firm with which he intends to support the growth of companies. For her part, Martínez has 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur launching digital projects, which led her to chair the Spanish Startup Association. Currently, she creates multimedia content at Soulgate Media as a gateway to transformation.

On the first day of the Forum, numerous parallel sessions will also be held, in which AUSAPE's special collaborators will present success stories of their clients in projects related to digital transformation, sustainability, artificial intelligence, migration to SAP S/4HANA, improvement of the experience customer or human capital management, among others.

A performance by comedian Daniel Delacámara entitled "Risilience: facing with humor" is scheduled for the 29th, to continue with the presentation by SAP's Director of Operations, Anna Oró, on SAP and human intelligence in business. There will also be sessions of the AUSAPE Working Groups and Delegations; Tracks dedicated to BTP, Sustainability, Women and Technology, Employment and Training, International and the delivery of the 2023 Sustainability Awards, in addition to new parallel sessions. The Sin Filtro round table, moderated by Marcelo Castelo, author of the general model of the three dimensions of communication, and the closing event will give way to the gala dinner with which the AUSAPE 2024 Forum will conclude. The gala dinner and the Later show will also feature Dani Delacámara as master of ceremonies. Dela Cámara has been performing monologues in theater shows, television and radio for more than 25 years and is known for his appearances at the Comedy Club. His humorous and communicative skills are also oriented to the business world, with his workshops and conferences to train the sense of humor in companies, work teams and CEOs.

As a novelty, this year the Employment Forum is recovered, a meeting point between students of SAP-certified training programs and companies and partners looking for this type of specialized talent. A press room will also be set up to facilitate the work of the attending media. And as in every edition, networking will be promoted, during lunches and dinners on both days and in a new space designed to hold individual meetings between clients and partners. On a solidarity level, a blood donation is planned on both days of the event, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in room U1 of the Conference Center, coordinated with the Granada Transfusion Center. Likewise, a social cause is being selected to collaborate with through the traditional AUSAPE Solidarity Donation.

The association is confident, therefore, that in the year in which it celebrates its 30th Anniversary, its annual Forum will be one of the most important in its history, both in terms of numbers and the relevance of its sessions and activities.
