The consumer user fills out a form, uploads the documentation and comfortably receives the visa at home or through digital means. Within their business plan, they contemplate the deployment of new projects that make life easier for travelers and increase the current offer of services of travel agencies, tour operators, hotel chains, airlines and cruise companies. The development of various technologies such as affiliation systems, white label, direct access to their backend and an API has also enabled them to sign collaboration agreements with more than 3,500 companies in the sector, creating a B2B channel and a specific support team for companies in the sector. The company currently has a headquarters in Barcelona and 48 employees, most of them developers. In 2023 alone, it processed more than 168,000 visas with a success rate of 99.7% and its gross turnover reached more than 15 million euros with an EBITDA of 3 million.
