Celia, a highly successful executive with more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, over the past few years held the positions of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Ideas Officer at AltaML. Prior to that, Ella Celia was a leader at Deloitte Consulting in the Architecture and Technology Transformation practice. Celia's extensive experience in large-scale technology transformation programs has given her a deep understanding of business solutions and data architectures and business process optimization through technology, allowing her to easily navigate complex technology landscapes and emerging. In 2023, Celia received the AI Innovator of the Year award from Women in AI for her work helping companies across multiple sectors adopt Artificial Intelligence in their businesses.
