Located in NEOM and full of history and mythology, Leyja begins on the coast of the Arabian Gulf and its enchanting waters in the west, and continues its course inland to form a splendid natural valley cut between 400 m high mountains that have been It has been formed over the centuries thanks to the power of nature and water.

The design of the three Leyja hotels is the work of internationally renowned architects, who intelligently and sensitively combined the nature of the environment, sustainable operation and unique experiences. The three properties will feature 40 elegant boutique rooms and suites in each, representing a total of 120 rooms equally distributed.
The first property is ideal to fully enjoy the adventure. The unstructured design rises up the wadi walls like a staircase and adapts naturally to the topography without altering the natural layout of the land in any way.
