Every year, the Blair Woman's Club sponsors a North Warren Regional High School sophomore student to attend the Hugh O'Brian Leadership Conference held in the spring.

This year, Veronica Hohmann was selected to represent North Warren based on her service and leadership qualities.

HOBY programs provide youth, selected by their schools, the opportunity to participate in leadership training, service-learning, and motivation-building experiences.
