After a long night of talks in different formats, the leaders of the EU have briefly returned to their meeting of 27 Monday, shortly before 6 o'clock in the morning, in their search for an agreement on a recovery plan for massive post-coronavirus and the budget 2021-2027 of the european Union. The session was quickly suspended. Twenty-seven have been invited by the chairman of the Board Charles Michel, to end at 16h.
