The MAD gives carte blanche to the royal Museums of Fine Arts

The journey starts in the great hall with the contemporary creation of the Canadian David Altmejd and monumental canvases such as the famous Episode of the days of September 1830 by Gustave Wappers, celebrating the events that led to the independence of Belgium. A very nice Pierre Alechinsky is also the look in this vast space that you can then admire from the first floor. Because it is there that leads us to the "coronacircuit" put in place to allow visitors to (re-)discover a multitude of masterpieces, while protecting them from the risks of the pandemic.
