You can't rip off a rip off, but Houston sure is giving it a try, and they're more than a year late to the party. 

El Big Bad, a "gastro-cantina" in downtown Houston, now has its own version of San Antonio's "I love tacos so much" wall. The exterior says "I love you and tacos so much."

San Antonio's wall by Luis Munoz was a spin-off of Austinite Amy Cook's "I love you so much" original. Both Cook's and Munoz's work have amassed their respective popularity.

Munoz' piece quickly became a San Antonio icon after its random installation in December 2015. The image surfaced on Instagram, t-shirts and as far as the Czech Republic. 

Now over a year later, Houston evidently wants in on the "love."

"I love how Texans can have a rivalry between cities while at the same time branding together as Texans," creator Kevin Hernandez told CultureMap Houston of his work at El Big Bad. 

But the "I love tacos and you so much" wall isn't the first time Houston this page out of San Antonio's playbook. Another restaurant, La Calle Tacos, features an exact replica of Munoz's idea. 

CultureMap said Hernandez' "art" was finished in time for Valentine's Day, and judging by the reaction by Houstonians on Instagram, this rip off of a rip off is one big hit.
