A Belgian on two out of that period with ill-being psychological. This is what emerges from a study conducted by the UCLouvain and the University of Antwerp. The result : feelings of depression are constant and affect nearly half of the 20,000 people surveyed. It tells us that the feelings of stress and anxiety, which are very present at the beginning of the confinement, appear to have waned, giving place to problems with sleep and concentration, loss of confidence and reduced self-esteem.
