A bill of the PS and Ecolo-Groen aimed to facilitate the access of artists and technicians of the cultural sector to the unemployment benefits has not been presented to the House on Thursday. The N-VA has asked for the opinions of the State Council and has obtained the fifty votes needed for the Open Vld, CD&V and Vlaams Belang.

Ecolo-Groen and PS have developed a proposal to support the culture sector and events, which has been hit. The artists and technicians who can demonstrate ten achievements or twenty days of work in the area of culture in 2019 would have access to the unemployment.
