This Wednesday, July 15, the national security Council was again convened. Following the national security Council, Sophie Wilmès held a press conference in which she detailed the tools to cope with a second wave : stock of 240 million mask, mask testing, and emergency plan in hospitals refined.

The First minister said that Belgium was preparing for a potential new wave : "In the space of a few months, we have acquired an impressive expertise in the field of health rules, and this, working with the scientific and medical world. We have our strengths and we have discovered our weaknesses. We're trying to improve our weaknesses."
