Assault, Daleford Road: At 1:30 p.m. Jan. 30, officers apprehended a Cleveland man, 18, who ran after assaulting a woman, also 18.

The man and women were in the parking lot of the Shaker Heights justice center, 3355 Lee Road, when witnesses saw them arguing. Next, the man physically assaulted the woman. Witnesses notified police, who followed footprints in the snow and quickly apprehended the man on Daleford Road

The suspect will be charged with felonious assault.

Burglary, Warrensville Center Road: At 8 p.m. Jan. 25, a resident living in the 3000 block of Warrensville Center Road reported that someone had entered their apartment that afternoon and stole a television.

Theft, Rolliston Road: At 1:05 p.m. Jan. 31, a woman living in the 3000 block of Rolliston Road reported that someone she had invited into her house for a party stole her credit card. Police are investigating the matter.
