As Vice President of Content for Advance Ohio since 2013, Quinn has led the journalistic priorities and digital news strategy for the company. Before taking that post, Quinn worked at the Plain Dealer for more than 17 years, where he oversaw ground-breaking coverage of the Cuyahoga County corruption crisis, the Anthony Sowell serial killing, the Chardon school shootings and dozens of distinguished enterprise stories and special investigations.

Quinn graduated from Temple University with a B.A. in Journalism. He lives in Cleveland Heights with his wife Kathy. Previously, he worked for newspapers in Mount Holly, N.J.; Dover, Del.; Harrisburg, Pa.; and Orlando, Fla. He is a weekly guest on Friday morning news roundtable on the "Sound of Ideas" on 90.3-FM WCPN, and the "Ideas" television show on WVIZ-Channel 25.
Knight became president at Advance Ohio in October 2015. An announcement on his new position is expected this week.
