A high-ranking Bronx cop accused of sexually assaulting a female officer was honored by ministers at a Thursday night dinner, where he professed his innocence and claimed he “never, ever” had to force himself on a woman — because he’s good-looking enough.

“I’m far from a top model, but I never, ever in my life had to force myself on a woman, or force myself to do anything — trust me,” Deputy Inspector Keith Walton at the Clergy Council dinner in Allerton. “I’m not running nowhere, I’m not going nowhere.”

Walton — who was stripped of his badge and gun when the allegations were made public last November — was cited by the ministers for his “time, talent, dedication and service to breaking barriers.”

The crowd included four members from the Bronx district attorneys office, but not their boss, Darcel Clark.

Prosecutors claim Walton preyed on a woman in his command, calling her into his office and then grabbing her hand and placing it on his crotch.

“The circumstances are unfortunate, I have no choice but let the process run its course,” Walton said. “It’s truly a pleasure and an honor to stand before this community. I gave everything I have to this community,” Walton told the crowd.

Walton broke up with his longtime, live-in girlfriend earlier this year, and is currently embroiled in a custody battle over their 16-year-old son, sources said.
