CLEVELAND, Ohio -- In tonight's episode of "Victoria" on "Masterpiece," entitled "Engine of Change," Victoria is faced with the serious decision of selecting a regent, in the slim chance that she should die during childbirth. The possibility of her premature demise causes great concern among her advisors, because England would be run by Prince Albert, a German.

Also, Albert and Victoria have a heated discussion on how to inform the people of England about an exciting new means of transportation: the railway.
