Ford's management has called the unions to a new meeting to address the extension of the current Temporary Employment Regulation File (ERTE) that the Almussafes (Valencia) factory has in force, since instability persists in the supply chain .

Specifically, the negotiating committee will meet this Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. to discuss the extension of the ERTE that is in force until December 31, as reported by the majority union, UGT.

The factory has been chaining ERTE since 2020. These files potentially affect, in whole or in part, the entire workforce. During these production stops, workers receive 80 percent of their salary and 100% of the payments, preserving seniority and vacations.
