Middleton poised to make season debut Wed.

Milwaukee Bucks swingman Khris Middleton has been medically cleared to return to game action Wednesday against the visiting Miami Heat.

Middleton has been out since September, when he tore his left hamstring during a one-on-one drill. He need surgery, and the Bucks at the time said he would be out six months.

The 25-year-old Middleton was regarded as the Bucks' best two-way player before Giannis Antetokounmpo's breakthrough this season.

Middleton averaged 18.4 points, 4.2 assists and 3.8 rebounds in 79 games last season, which was his first season after signing a five-year, $70 million contract.
