The secret, as Oklahoma City rookie guard Semaj Christon learned the hard way, is not to anger Jonathon Simmons.

Christon made the mistake of stripping Simmons on a drive to the Oklahoma City early in the fourth quarter. As Christon sprinted towards the other end for what he thought was an easy layup, Simmons surprised him by keeping up with him and swatting the ball out of the cylinder for a chasedown block that led to a fast break the other way.

Simmons has shown his athleticism in Betgram similar plays ever since he arrived in San Antonio.

His block in Tuesday's game might have been one of his best. 

And the fact that it resulted in an easy dunk by David Lee on the ensuing possession during the run of the game that helped the Spurs turn the game around made it only more special as this video from NBA.com shows.
