Bethlehem Catholic girls basketball team fought past a tough Easton team to post a 45-40 victory and clinch the Eastern Pennsylvania Conference championship on Friday night at Freedom High School.

Freshman Taliyah Medina was key for the Golden Hawks with 11 points.
